Radio has evolved to this... anyone can record absolutely anything and turn it to a podcast. I can see really whacky reviews just around the corner... like which plastic forks are the best, or even just stories about things that happen everyday...

The library can definitely use this. Getting patrons who do not like word processing or don't have the ability to can literally voice out their opinions on a book... and the podcast can be allocated to the book. And any famous authors who want to talk about their book... literally the whole world can tune in and listen to what they have to say.
